A faith-based, women-focused non-governmental organization dedicated to the empowerment, mentorship, and holistic development of girls and women across Ghana, Africa, and beyond.
Founded with a strong passion for transformation, GLOWLINK exists to raise confident, responsible, and purpose-driven women who positively impact their families, communities, and nations. Since its establishment, the organization has directly impacted over 5,000 girls and women through mentorship, education, leadership training, advocacy, and humanitarian service.
Through school outreaches, conferences, summits, vocational training programmes, donations, medical screenings, and faith-based activities, GLOWLINK promotes dignity, equality, confidence, and opportunity for women and girls.
GLOWLINK addresses critical social and developmental challenges affecting women and vulnerable groups, including:
Championing education for girls and advocating against early marriage.
Developing confident leaders through mentorship and leadership training.
Providing menstrual health and hygiene education to girls and young women.
Equipping young people with entrepreneurship and vocational skills.
Promoting health awareness, sanitation, and medical outreach in communities.
Supporting widows, single mothers, orphans, prisoners, and the elderly — alongside evangelism and spiritual growth.
The organization operates through specialized departments, each focused on mentorship, humanitarian aid, leadership development, advocacy, and spiritual empowerment.
Mentorship and spiritual empowerment for girls and women.
Humanitarian aid and support for vulnerable groups.
Leadership development and advocacy programmes.
GLOWLINK has successfully implemented programmes across multiple regions in Ghana and other African countries, collaborating with institutions such as the Ghana Education Service (GES), National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), health professionals, community leaders, and faith-based organizations.
Despite challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, GLOWLINK adapted by hosting virtual empowerment conferences with global speakers, extending its reach beyond physical borders.
Today, GLOWLINK operates in 16 African countries and continues to expand through the recruitment of country directors across the continent. The organization is committed to building a global network of empowered women who will lead with integrity, resilience, compassion, and faith.
