We do this by organizing mentorship programs and conferences annually to empower the youth, particularly young women, single mothers, the needy, and less privileged in societies both locally and nationwide. We are almost in every region in Ghana.

Glowlead is aimed at nurturing and developing the leadership skills in women worldwide. In Africa and in some cultures, women face high barriers that limit them in attaining the highest levels of power in leadership, education, and business.
