Ms. Bervelyn
GLOWLEAD Head
Glowlead is aimed at nurturing and developing the leadership skills in women worldwide. In Africa and in some cultures, women face high barriers that limit them from attaining the highest levels of power in leadership, education, and business. We serve as role models to encourage and provide direction and motivation through educative programs, leadership empowerment seminars, training/vocational programs, and undertaking projects in Ghana.
As the saying goes, “Charity begins at home.” We do this by identifying problems in our community and finding solutions to either eliminate or bring them under control. All women are unique in their own ways and possess leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Glowlead is committed to bringing that peculiar difference out because we believe it is what makes them who they are.
Women must accept themselves, discover their passions, and unveil their purpose in life. We will not ignore the factor that has hindered many from fulfilling their dreams—gender inequality. However, we intend not to leave any woman, child, or girl behind. Through this, we aim to change Africa for good.
Achieving this change will require policies and programs that improve women's access to a better life. Our mission is to groom and mentor young women and girls in self-realization and development, enhancing their capabilities to be useful in their communities, businesses, and leadership positions.
Our objective is to advocate for children's and women's rights, reducing stigmatization and discrimination faced by women and girls determined to fulfill their purpose. We train and coach them to accept their true identity, discover their design, follow their passion, and become virtuous wives, daughters, and leaders.
